Anyone recommend good property software or apps

Hi There,

First post but have been reading the posts on here for sometime.

Anyhow Im about to settle on my 4th property this week and would love to know what others use to track property their property expenses, rent, lease expiry dates etc?

I have been using Excel which is OK but as I continue to grow my portfolio this is starting to become harder to enter and track and Im sure there are professional sites out there that do this much more easily.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Have a look at rentmaster.co.nz

You can pick the size required (minimum size would suit most users).

Can handle various owners (eg you, you+partner1, partner 1, you + partner 2, partner 2, partner 1+2) if each property was owned in a different partnership/trust.

Yep - totally agree. Easy to use and can capture absolutely everything.

I've just set up a sheet that has a summary tab at the front with each IP's income/expenses listed.

I then have a tab set up for each IPs income/expenses - which I update once a month. This info feeds into the summary sheet so gives me an idea of how things are tracking for the year.
