A friend was recently looking for a place to rent in Joondalup or surrounding suburbs (Perth). She needs it fairly quickly (within a few weeks) and would be a great tenant. Looking to spend about $160-$170 a week.
Just thought that someone on here might have an IP vacant in that area. Better to have her rent money going to someone on here than anyone else.
