Had a bad experience with an ANZ mobile lender franchisee which I might detail some other time... They have full access to the ANZ system but he just dumped all the completed papers at the nearest branch, with no regard for meeting the settlement date or ticking all the boxes properly in the computer. ANZ solicitors were sitting back waiting for boxes to be ticked.
Eventually bypassed him and managed a result by dealing with the manager of the branch directly.
Never using a mobile lender or broker again.
