Apartments in Hawthorn, Vic

Hi all,

Ive been looking arond the Hawthorn area for 2 bedroom apartments. Looking for something around the 270-300K mark with renovation potention as many of them seem to be pretty run down around that price range.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on the area for 2 bedroom apartments? Good investment or is there something else you would go for around that range?

Hawthorn is a great area for investment and 2 bedroom apartments always let well there.

Good shopping - close to good schools and uni.

Good transport - all the makings of a good investment area.

I think you will have real difficulty finding a 2 bedroom apartment in that price bracket unless you are on a main road or very poor location
