Hi, I'm fairly new to property development. Just started a project to build townhouses on a block. Now up to stage of getting building permit and got a quote for services below:
$500 Soil report
$2500 Stormwater design
$1350 Landscape design
$4600 Building permit and inspections
$1000 Energy report
$2200 Structural engineers designs
$4500 Preparation of building permit documentation for building approval
That's a lot of different items! Are the prices reasonable? Could I save some costs by organising some of these myself?
