For anyone who is approached by Today Tonight in this thread or others, beware. This may well be common sense, but right now they'll be dieing for stories of young people who have bought multiple properties on 100% financing from banks, and I can't imagine that the story would be portrayed in a good light.
Right now with the heavily covered 'sky is falling' predictions and other overblown media portrayals they are NOT looking to do a puff piece on the achievements of investors.
