Parkwood and arundel have grown phenominally - in size int he past 3-5 years. I know of a few people who whave bought there when the estate commenced and have done reasonabley well. Rent is quite good due to the location and close to the uni.

Check out some of the streets, however. Some are good and wide with huge houses, some are tiny, can barely drive one care through and have cheap unit complexes.

worth the drive down to check it out.
