Auction Show - Agent Bribe ???

Did anyone watch the auction show last week. When...

A young couple took their property to auction with LJ Hooker.

And during the auction the seller's agent offered two differenet bidder's a $3,000 (from memory) incentive to raise their bids.

A "secret commission: to the buyer... on national tv !!!!!!!

What a "stupid" real estate agent.... I still cannot believe it...

i've had dealings with this agent in the past, and to be honest it doesn't surprise me.

l too was appalled at the actions of this agent.did you also notice he was giving a lot of personal info to prospective buyers about the vendors.l hope the vendors were able to see THEIR AGENT on the tv as well.he was such a sleeze and certainly did nothing for the reputation of R.E agents. just goes to show that he was only doing the best for HIMSELF at that auction not his clients.hopfully he has lost himself some future business by being on the tv.
