I've used BIS (Building Inspection Specialists) for two properties in Albury and they were fantastic; the inspector's name was Daniel Golin.

I use Northy Legal over the border in wodonga, I think they do settlements on both sides of the border.
They where great, and very helpful when settling with an uncooperative vendor on the last purchase .
