Albury/Lavington

Looking to move to Albury later this year. For various reasons we need to have easy access to Urana Road. Which suburbs give good access? Any problem streets or less desirable because of flooding or substations or whatever?

If you are driving out of town toward Jindera the right hand side of the road is lower income. The left hand side is better and gets very good once you cross the creek toward Norris Park. The area between Heathwood Park and Burrows Rd (look on google earth) is one of my favourite areas in
Albury.
