Again, unsure of their preferred areas, but worth a few phone calls.
I know Mike McNamara from Buyers Solutions (on the rebaa list). He's very switched on with regards to the Eastern suburbs and a very successful property investor himself. 0430 443 323
I've also worked a lot with Lisa Parker, also quite familiar with the East & South East. Lisa puts a lot of effort into understanding what your goals are and finding the right property to help achieve those goals. 0413 427 075
I'd suggest talking to both, get to know them a little and work with the one whom you're most comfortable with.
Agreed, Jake Milne is the guy to speak with. Knows his stats better than anyone and a very shrewd negotiator.
