just trying to get my Basix certificate online.
The Basix certificate is for an Outbuilding ( shed/workshop) conversion to a Granny Flat under SEPP using a Private Certifier.
This Outbuilding (shed workshop) is previous approved by Council as Class 1A. I was under the impression that it doesn't require a Basix as new work is < $20,000, but my PCA insist I need. Don't really want to argue this point as I want my CDC to be released asap.
Question:
Do I chose single dwelling, multi-dwelling or alternation/addition to begin with the Basix?
