Baulkham hills, alot of house for sales, Why ?

Hi all,

do you know why Baulkham hills 2153 has alot of house up for sales ?

is there any secret infomation that vendors know but we dont know ?

will the govement release alot of land for newly cheap house ?

will govement buy our house to build rail line to North-West ?

Can you pls share your view on this ?
i am interested in this area, and wonder why.

Just a guess, but that area could be one that is being affected by mortgage repossessions. The media reports are always saying that south-west and north-west are hardest hit at the moment.

If that is right, we better to buy it now, i worry it could be another problem such as: govement is about to buy land to build rail-link to this area and we dont know exactly where the rail-link would be.
it could run over our house!!!

anyway, i am driving to Baulkham hills now....

i drove to Carlongford this morning, it is quite expensive there , 650K for a 4bed room house next to power line.
have to come back to Baulkham hills i suppose, it is a bit cheaper.
