Best Australian IP Books

When it comes to IP books I've noticed most of them are USA-centric. While I understand many of the basic principles in IP may be the same regardless of which country you invest in, I'm a newbie that would like to learn specifically about IP in Australia.

Which are the best aussie IP investment books?

I specifically would like to learn more about the financial aspects of IP's involving australian tax law, loan structures, lease agreements and property law involving tenants etc.. in Australia

Any help?

Currently reading McKnight's 0-130 properties one.

Never heard of Lomas. Any suggestions on which books of hers to start with?(she has quite a few).

I suggest you read as many as you can from any author in any country, they get repetetive after a while but there is always a gem or two you can take from each book.

I prefer Lomas, she just writes better IMO. There's already a few threads on this topic, you might want to use the search function to find it.

That's a name of a book btw (written by Dale Gatherum Goss- a former contributor and the father & FIL of current contributors). It's not an instruction!

There's a thead about books which is worth a look. The thread is getting on a little now, but there's a lot of good info.
