Best Lender for the Asset rich income poor?

Hi All,
I am wondering who is the best lender to approach in terms of their criteria for loan approval for some one asset rich (lots of equity), income poor relatively speaking. In otherwords who will lend the largest amount of money with the lowest hurdles to jump over. I understand the interest rate may be higher than say the big four banks and the flexibility of the loan may be less than optimal. Is someone like ratebusters worth approaching or is it better to use a mortgage broker to do the walking for you? Interested to hear the forumits thoughts on this.

try investors direct, we found them excellent, especially when we had reached the usual bank lending criterias ceilings.

Sounds like you are wanting a Nodoc style of loan with no income evidence required.

Depending on a couple of variables there is no reason why you would expect to pay a higher interest rate.

Without a doubt I'd use a broker. They don't cost you anything and there are many on this forum.
