I am wonder what property managment software you guys are using to record the rent received and reminder of your tenant due date?
I am currently using my excel spreadsheet to record the rent and also MYOB. However, I need a function of reminder of rent due because I have number of properties to manage and sometime forgot to collect rent when the rent due from tenant.
Any suggestion of which property management software is the user friendly and best in the market?
I do a search on forum only POSH and proeprty manager Pro V4 avail in the market.
What is your opinion of that?
