in my travels, ive come across a fair few older style houses where the house is on stumps and the back rooms, eg rumpus are on concrete slabs, often these slabs are a bit slopey,
when considering to purchase for a renovation job, what sort of options/costs/problems/issues will I have for these????
Being a relative newbie in this area, anytime, I see one of these I usually get turned off and move on,
on top of that, for some reason most of these properties have a very sloping ceiling, like this
which im not too sure how to even make it look modern, as I think it looks pretty crap, and am sure that even if the interior was done up, a sloping roof will make the whole place still look old!
