To date I've only seen mention of birddogs who source property for investors.

Karen and I are interested in working with a birddog who will source potential wrap/lease option clients for us.

We're looking for, as you say, "wrappee's ie people to buy retail" from us.

I notice you're involved in the mortgage industry. I'm sure you see a lot of what you'd regard as "solid" people get knocked back on their finance applications. These are the people we are looking for.
