Blacktown councils new LEP.

Anyone have any inside information on when Blacktown council will finally release their new LEP?

Apparently it was meant to be out a few weeks ago. My town planer says they aren't accepting any new DA's till it is in force. (Trying to get a battle axe sub division through.)

Is this the one proposed start of 2013 or are you saying tgere is yet another one ?

still in draft, hasn't been gazette.
They were saying end of last year but no news when this year.

I know that it has been a long and srawn out process. Has it gone through the public hearing stage yet?
