block of units construction costs

hi guys need some help with construction costs on a walk up 3 level ground floor parking block of units
a few figures

say up to 12 units at 80m2 = 960m2 x $1400m2 standard finish= 1,344,000
block 250,000
interest 100,000
fees etc 100,000
i know there are lot more variables
stormwater
site costs ETC

my main costs i can work out is parking
parking will be ground floor i havnt included this into the construction costs as i cant find anywhere on the net that has these costs
i found something that said $500m2 for parking that is equal to 250,000
just for ground floor parking is this right to assume

also i have checked those calculators for washington brown etc but i dont really think they apply very well

any ideas or anything guys feel free to post
or if anyone has any links etc
thanks in advance

$1400 seems very low to me. Depends on where you want to build though.

This datacard can help with rough numbers and shows $1500 a sqm in Sydney, but its over 12 months old now.

You are missing an awful lot of items in your list:
- DA costs
- All consultants and PM
- Landscaping
- Escalation
- Contingency
- etc etc etc

If you are not experienced in this area, I suggest you get some professional assistance for such a sizeable project.

yea mate i knew i left a lot of thigs out hence the word etc etc
but my main query was the ground floor parking how is it to be calculated at what rate $m2 say

any ideas guys more criticism and ideas quite welcome
cheers
