Blocks of units near brisbane

I've been thinking about getting a block of units too. In fact I saw the one at Zillmere a month ago, but wasn't ready and have never owned a block of units or duplexes before. But the yields are looking good...

Just wondering if it's any different to owning a house/unit? Any tax implications (eg is it considered comercial or similar as IP). Would it be more hastle?
