Well it is creative that is for sure.... I have seen developers doing "cashback" deals on OTP stuff, and Stockland here on the coast is offering a (new Chery) with blocks of land..Their land comes with a cherry on top!!

Anyone got any stories of "creative" ways they have used for getting people in?

A MAN is offering a free holiday to whoever buys his house when it goes to auction on Saturday.
With the auction market in the doldrums, Shane Cox is taking matters into his own hands.

"I have been to quite a few auctions lately and they are just dead as a doornail," he said.

"I just came up with the idea to throw in something that might excite the public."

Mr Cox is offering a $2000 travel voucher to the successful bidder for his Nunawading house. "Everyone said it was a grouse idea," he said.
