Body Corp Company required for small group

G'day all,

I am the Treasurer for a group of 7 houses in Brisbane that would like to organise a Body Corp company to set up the books. We have just sacked the previous organisation for poor accounts and reporting.

If anyone can recommend such a company, please let me know so I can get in contact with them.

Can you also please send me further info on your services and a cost break down.

I had my annual meeting last night and the costs that we paid for there services were $6.5K for a block of 11 units. this was for the work they did not including insurance and everything else that is required.

I made them go through every cost and was getting charged $50 for every email they send us. and $25 for every phone call then made/received.
