Body Corporate Company for a 6 unit block - Yeronga, Brisbane

Can anyone recommend a reliable body corporate company for a 6 unit block in Yeronga? We are not satisfied with our current body corporate due to the unbelievable high staff turnover and extemely poor attention to detail with tradespeople getting paid twice for the same job, etc. Following up on matters has been next to impossible due to new people starting and then leaving within a couple of months.

I know one of the directors of Capitol Body Corporate in Brisbane - Ashley Fox.

I've dealt with them a fair bit and they are pretty alert. It's a very organised company, so for example - a pet approval would be done correctly with paperwork sent out and votes taken etc, not just a 'yep' on the phone like many people may be used to.

I'm not sure about the cost of the administration - but they will be able to give you a quote, especially if you send them the last statement from your current BCM.

I'm probably going to change too - my current one is a bit hopeless - only have one central email for the entire business, and they don't use it.
