Anyone know what the deal is with getting hold of body corporate minutes/actions inc sinking funds for blocks of units? Can you access them direct with body corporate or is it through the REA?

are you an owner - or proposing to purchase?
If so you can approach the body corporate manager - and do a search of those records - there is legislation which prescribes what the fee would be in the circumstances

The Disclosure Statement attached to the Purchase Contract will give you details of the Sinking Fund.

All you need to do is make the Contract subject to the Vendor providing you with a copy of the last AGM minutes.
