Building a Granny Flat - Part 3 - Open House

Ok folks, the granny flat is nearing completion and as promised, I am going to hold an open house for those who are interested in seeing it.

At this stage, its looking like Saturday 25 September. I will update this post with the times later.

In addition to me being there, Cid and Wally from Granny Flats Australia will also be present to answer any questions.

The place is located in the West Ryde / Parramatta Region. Im not going to post the address publicly, so those who are interested, please PM me and I will reply with the address.

Kudos to you for doing this! Would take up the offer but it's the AFL grand final that day, so won't be able to make it.

Update: Inspection on 25/9/2010 @ 9am to 12pm.

Just an update on the time.

The granny flat will be available for viewing between 9am and 12pm.

I'll probably be there from 10am onwards (because its Saturday and I like to sleep in when i can )

Hi Ken

You said to me that the place will be open from 9am-2pm.
Is your builder staying till 2pm as well?
I'll be coming over around 1 oclock and I'd like to ask him a few questions
