Hi fellow investors
I am just about to start a building next to my existing PPOR. I submitted the electricity supply request to SP AUSNET and got a call today from them confirming if it will be subdivided down the track as it would affect the pit location etc.
I assume its probably less money upfront for non subdivision set up..so if I reply no to him and then chose to subdivide later, will it cost a lot more to rectify the pit thing?
