Building in SA

I'm new here and not sure if I have posted this in the right area...

We have recently purchased a property that we wish to knock down, subdivide and build on. At the moment we are lost with who to go with for building - toying up whether to go for one of the big name builders or a smaller operation.

This is for an investment and need someome who is going to be good at keeping to costs and build times. We can't afford to have an empty block for long.

welcome to the forum. I just came back from a meeting with some brokers who source builders, I was so impressed with their services that I will be running some seminars for them on developing properties, probably next year.
