Building inspection report issues - opinion?

Hi all,

I'm going to an auction this weekend and have a B&P report.

I'd appreciate any opinions on the severity and cost of fixing these issues.

I'm not handy, so I'd be getting someone to address the serious ones.

Here is a summary of the issues:

Building Report Summary:
- Sub-floor ventilation recommended - either by dirt removal or mechanical ventilation (who?)
- Cornice coming away in master bedroom - refix with cornice adhesive (handyman)
- Bedroom cracking in some areas - minor repairs (handyman)
- Lounge window glass panel cracked - replace (who?)
- Family/Dining cracking in some areas - minor repair (handyman)
- Bathroom cabinets warping - replace (cabinet maker)
- Kitchen cupboards have minor moisture damage in MDF shelves - replace (cabinet maker)
- Laundry floor has defective floorboards - replace (who?)
- Downlights not properly insulated, surrounds not installed per council requirements - install surrounds (diy?)
- Downpipes not connected properly - connect all downpipes (roof plumber)
- Garage
- movement noted - monitor over a period of time (structural engineer)
- exposed wall frame at rear, no external cladding - will rot (who)
- check garage door
- Shed
- walls damp - install guttering and downpipes (who)
- some rot occuring DPC membrane required (who)
