Building inspection report / termites

I have just received an inspection report for a low set townhouse in Brisbane South. The pest inspection did not find any live termites or damage in the building but could only find termites in one of the boundary gardens under some bark. Is this something I need to be concerned. The building is about 20 years old and is brick construction. Can any of the experts give some valuable advise. Cheers

You might get more replies in the buying selling section.
I would still buy if I could get rid of the termites in the garden. But if that's not satisfactory, you may still be able to get out.
