Building & Pest Inspection Recommendations

Hi,

Im buying a property on the sunshine coast.

Can anyone recommend a building/pest inspector that you felt gave an exceptional service (or alternatively was really crap!).

So far, I've pulled a couple of names off the net, so feel free to comment on these if you've used them:

* Focus Building and Pest Inspections
* Sunshine Coast Building and Pest Reports
* Queensland Building and Pest Reports
