As Im close to finalising the floor plans for a subtaintial reno Im now at the point that I'd like to rapidly increase my knowledge of the building products that may be suited to achieve my aims. Not having a building background, is there a display type centre in Brisbane or the like where suppliers display their products or do I just have to cruise the Industrial estates and check out all the plumbing, windows, tiles etc showrooms? In my research I've come across RapidWall which is an example of finding something that I didnt even know was out there but may be an option. Just wondering how I can identify all the options before sitting down with a building designer so being able to make educated decisions and finalising materials to be ustilised.
