Thank you again to everyone who has contibuted to my little problem (actually, that of a friend) - it is truly very much appreciated, but as in all things financial, things are rarely as simple as they seem.

I have indeed got a phone call to Steve Navra on my list of things to do, places to go and people to see, as I am a big fan of his words of wisdom, as well as being an investor in his new fund coming to your screens soon, but there is a fairly hefty debt on the aforementioned property which kinda complicated things and a cash bond isn't going to fix it.

There are a few other possibilities, though, and I will be posting the solution to the problem when it all sorts itself out, so watch this space for the next exciting episode.
