Buyers Agent that speaks Mandarin

Ok my wife is pretty cluey with Property and also interior decorating.

Would there be much demand for a buyers agent that can speak fluent Mandarin especially with the Chinese demand at the moment to search for properties and attend auctions?

She is currently working in a large hospital and hates it lol.

Pretty handy with the Balwyn market as well as my parents live there.

Do you have to be licensed in Vic? Is that an REA course?

Demand yes if she can find the right contacts and get among that community

Thanks D.T. She does have quite a few contacts both in Taiwan and China. Her best friend also runs a tour company, so always incoming busloads.

Canberra is a pretty cool place (IMO anyway)

I don't know if there's going to be much of a market for mandarin speaking BA's here though. Syd and Melb are where the actions at.

Speaking the lingo is one thing

contacts as mentioned useful

people skills and ability to develop trust go above both the previous in my view - they are more fundamental to success in any direct selling role.
