Buying property on eBay??

Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences buying properties on eBay. I'm currently looking at this property in Hurstville (can be viewed Here).

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated

Looks a bit overpriced, as there are other similar apartments in the same complex for $370K and $380K (negotiable) on www.realestate.com. This one is a buy it now price of $385K... looks like ebay is being used as a gimmick, to attract some extra marketing.

How about selling property on eBay? Has anyone here had any success with that? How do the fees compare with agents?
