Hi Guys / Gals,
I've shortlisted a few IP's in the Campbelltown area and will be heading out that way in the next week or 2 to 'walk the streets' and get a feel for the area, occupants, evening activities etc.
The areas i'm looking at are : Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Bradbury,Rosemeadow, Ruse, Minto and Ingleburn.
Could anyone with a bit of local knowledge rank / rate these suburbs for me. I realise EVERY suburb has good bad pockets so any advice on streets or pockets to steer clear of or even better, areas which are the better ones would be appreciated. Also which areas in your opinion have better growth prospects ?
The REA i've spoken to all assure me the places i have enquired about are in good areas, quiet streets etc but i'm a little sceptical.
Also when i use the search tab above and search ' Campbelltown' it gives me:
Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.
The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : campbelltown
Even when i narrow the search right down i get the same result.
Where am i going wrong ?
