Can anyone please recommend a good PM in Campbelltown and what is the going management rate in the area ?

494 views but 0 replies, no one currently invested in Campbelltown? I had a quote from a local PM who quoted 7% fees which I thought was a bit too high.

I use Combined realty at Narellan. I have always found them to be super efficient and pro-active. As to the commission level the other agency quoted you, I think 7% is too high, and I would be reluctant to pay that for a metro place, so I would be negotiating with the agency.... If you dont ask, you dont get......

If not 7% then what would be deemed as a reasonable rate for management fees ?

I have spoken to a few managers out there and the lowest was 6.6% . However most do rate match if you can find a beter rate .
