Can someone recommend a building insurance?

Hi all,

Need to insure a house for $200 K in Victoria.

Vero quoted me $415... any one have any other insurers who can better it?

Ill call around on Monday but just want some ideas from you people!!

If this is for the house you've had all the problems with that will settle next week, you should have taken out building insurance when you signed the contract. If something goes wrong (ie house burns down) after you've signed the contracts you could have a very LONG fight ahead of you (even if you haven't settled)

The loan was formed as an investment loan as I could get more money that way, but Ill be moving in and applying and declaring it as my PPOR.
