I am planning to open a real estate office in Canberra and need a suitably experienced finance specialist that we can refer clients to for assistance in putting the deals together.

Hard to say. This forum is in at least it's 3rd iteration. A few of us have been here since the first. I think I joined the original back in 2001 when it was either the first or second version of the forum.

A few currently active posters have been here a little longer but it's impolite to discuss the age of others.

Sim' would probably be able to figure it out.
