Carpenter, Plasterer, Floor Polisher in Melbourne

Hi, I've done some searches and found some tradespeople but a lot of the topics are quite old and some numbers not found anymore etc.

Can anyone recommend a good carpenter, plasterer and/or floor polisher servicing the eastern suburbs of Melbourne?

Carpenter - opening up two doorways into arches (believe they are structural walls)
Plasterer - Replace timber panelling with gyprock (5-6 walls) + fixing numerous cracks in plaster throughout house
Floor Polisher - Hallway & two large rooms rip up carpet, sand & polish
