Would like to share my Cash Flow Calculating website with my fellow property investors to make it easier to calculate the actual Cash on Cash Return for a given property.

How do you change the management fee percentage?

I have now added text boxes for changing the percentage figures for Deposit, Closing Costs and Management Costs.

hi dafiz,

when you change deposit and closing cost percentages their calculated values are updated but the "Initial Cash Needed" value doesn't change (so its an incorrect sum of the other two values)
