Certificate of Occupancy

Hi Guys,

Just checking if a Certificate of Classification (Form 11) is the same as a Certificate of Occupancy, properties are in Brisbane.
It's not something I do everyday, so a confirmation would be great.
We had a Certificate of Classification issued today and just want to know if this allows the dwellings to be occupied by tenants, or do we still have to obtain a further Occupancy Certificate.
