CGT for PPOR after you have moved in another IP

I bought a house in 2007 and moved in. I turned it from PPOR to IP since Oct 2009. I call it property A. I have it revalued before I rented it out.

I bought a investment property B in Feb 2010. Then it was rented out. After that I moved in Aug 2010. I didn't do property evaluation before I moved in.

Given I have moved in property B since Aug 2010, can I still nominate property A as PPOR when I sell it ?
In terms of capital gain for property A, do you think I pay nothing for CGT if 6 years rule applies ?

Thank you very much!
