Changing Contract for Auction

I am sure this has been covered before but couldn't find anything in a search.

I placed an offer prior to auction (that was knocked back) but I requested some simple changes to the front page of the contract (eg. inclusions, land tax adj.). Since my offer was not accepted I did not receive an amended contract - the agent did inform me the changes wouldn't be a problem though.

Assuming I win the auction, I will obviously be bound by the contract which I am assuming is the original one that I requested to be changed. Can I have this updated prior to auction?

Yes, what you see on the contract is what you get, unless they agree ""in writing" of your request.

However, sometimes, the vendor leaves out the inclusion till the auction day, where they will usually just handwrite/tick whatever they want to throw in.
