Checking Mortgage Repayments?

Apparently there are 95% errors from the banks regarding mortgage repayments. (people are usually charged a little extra?)

So i was wondering if anyone has a preferred successful method or uses specific software programs to check their monthly repayments against the banks?

I was looking at a program called- mortgage watchdog. (recommended through Michael Yardneys website-metropole properties)

Does anyone know of these guys? or use something similar?
