CIP under Residential Services Act (QLD)

I am currently doing DD on an CIP in QLD - a multi unit building in a regional area.

As the units have share bathrooms and laundry, the whole building comes under the Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002 as an 'Accommodation Service, Level 1'.

Does anyone have IP with this accreditation. Any thoughts/insights on this type of set up, recommendations or warnings with regards to conducting due diligence?
