I have seen various charts in the past, even current website, that have graphs for median values of property in various aspects. I am after some specific statistics and was wondering if anyone has these, or has seen the following:
What I am after, is the actual numerical statistics for median property values for capital cities in Australia for <x> years (the more the better). So rather than graphs, actually the dollar figures in one spot (or several) so that I can colate these. I'd be then happy to whack them all into a spreadsheet for all to see and plot accordingly.
Anyone know where one can obtain these figures?
