civil works construction site

Has anyone out there done a develpoment? I have a DA to build 9 townhouse and am wondering if I should go ahead. I have a fair idea what my construction cost will be basing it on Dixon Homes Townhouse plans.

But I have no idea what the site costing will be. The block size is 2000m2 and very flat. I need to build a manhole which I have a price from the council.

I need to do stormwater, sewage, landscaping etc... would any one out there like to share their experience

Are you talking about site preparation and preliminaries etc? Maybe get a QS report as this will contain estimates on this.

QS = Quantity Surveyor. They provide a report which details, with a good degree of accuracy, how much it will cost to build your entire development. It's good to have so you know whether builders are ripping you off or not.
