Well, today we went looking for a larger factory to move our business into when our current lease runs out at the end of the year.

What a shock The price of commercial leases here is trully frightening. SOOOO we looked at premises to buy

Going to sign a preliminary contract on a larger than we need factory (We can rent out some of the space to help with the mortgage)

Gosh I don't think I am going to get ANY sleep tonight.

What do industrial businesses want?

There are quite a few new industrial sites on the coast. Where abouts are you looking to buy? What sort of site requirements do you have? I do not have any property on the coast (i.e. am not trying to sell anything), but am interested in learning about what businesses look for in a site.
