What's the best way to find out rental levels, vacancy rates, .........., etc for industrial, office, and retail property?

As mentioned, the Propety council of Australia is the best source for this info.

As for growth forecasts ... just guess or do your own .. nobody knows what will happen in the future .. if you want to pay, try access economics or BIS Shrapnel.
